The 12-Pack ZeroWater Replacement Filters are BPA-free and NSF certified to reduce lead and other heavy metals. The 5-stage filtration process includes the following: Stage 1: Removal of suspended solids such as dust and rust that make your water appear cloudy. Stage 2: Removal of additional suspended solids.
